In the picturesque hilly area of Lake Iseo, our family has specialized in the production of extra virgin olive oil for three generations.
It all began with grandfather Ubaldo and grandmother Marisa, who, with 90 olive trees in 1990, laid the foundation for an agricultural project founded on a love for the land, respect for its rhythms, and a constant pursuit of quality.
Over the years, the olive grove has grown thanks to the commitment and vision of Enrico, who expanded the plantation in two key moments: in 2014 with the addition of 60 olive trees and in 2022 with another 50.
For over 10 years, Simone has been actively involved in the life of the company, and with the arrival of little Alessandro in the family in 2025, he symbolically represents the fourth generation and the bright future of this company, ready to renew itself over time.

With the advice of our agronomist, we constantly strive for the highest possible quality. Every detail is meticulously attended to, from the delicate pruning of the trees to the hand-picking of the olives at the peak of ripeness, to the same-day vacuum-packed pressing at a controlled temperature, to best preserve their aroma, freshness, and nutritional properties.
This attention to quality is also reflected in the packaging, designed to protect the product from light and oxidation, ensuring long-lasting freshness and flavor.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil stands out for its elegant aromatic profile, with intense fruity notes typical of the lakes and a pleasant bitter-spicy taste, ideal for enhancing traditional dishes, typical lake fish recipes, seasonal vegetables, and the best Mediterranean cuisine.
The farm offers guided sensory tastings at our shop on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. Appointments are also available.
