Fragrant croissants and freshly baked pastries, artisanal jams, a variety of honeys, crunchy cereals, fruit salad with fresh seasonal fruit, farm-fresh yogurt, and freshly squeezed juices await you.

This experience also includes a selection of mini pizzas, toast, and various types of bread, transforming breakfast into a regenerating break to be savored with creamy cappuccinos, espresso coffee, select teas, and fragrant infusions.

For those who love savory flavors, breakfast features Monteisola salami with its typical hand-sliced ​​dough, accompanied by a rich selection of cold cuts, butter, and cheeses of various ages.

Fresh eggs, prepared according to guests' preferences, transform breakfast into a flavorful and personalized experience. Delicious frittatas, accompanied by bruschetta made with vegetables and cherry tomatoes harvested from our garden, round out the menu, for a pleasant awakening that showcases the region's excellent local produce.

All dishes are prepared exclusively with FIRST Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced on our farm. Each recipe is designed to enhance its qualities, respecting the seasonality of the ingredients and local traditions.
